I’m based in Dorchester, Dorset where I work with clients to provide a supportive container where they are encouraged to find balance and heal. My goal is for you to reconnect with yourself and your body, so you can become your own healer.
Clients come to me for many reasons: some are looking to address a particular health concern, while others are suffering from more nebulous symptoms such as fatigue. Some just have a feeling that things aren’t quite right and need someone to support them in their journey.
Each client is treated as an individual, but generally we begin with a full and detailed client assessment that allows me to get a full picture of your physical, mental and spiritual health. From there, I will make recommendations, allowing space and time for integration and review.
I use a range of treatment options, which vary depending on the client. Examples include dietary changes, medicinal herbs, meditation, yoga asanas, self-care practices, breath work and journaling. Your treatment plan will be as unique as you are, and will be tailored to your specific imbalances.
What is the cost of treatment?
60 Minute Initial Consultation – £60 – also includes the time taken to formulate your comprehensive treatment plan which I will email to you 2-3 days after initial consultation.
45 Minute Follow Up Consultation – £45. I recommend a follow up consultation 3-4 weeks after initial consultation to check in, monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
Following your consultation herbal remedies may be recommended, they will be charged at additional cost and price may vary depending on your treatment and imbalances.
